This Policy describes the general support conditions for GoProp Clients and Users.

GoProp is a software-as-a-service platform for the operational administration of condominiums, homeowners associations, communities, buildings, residential complexes or similar organizations.

1. Scope of support

GoProp's support may include reasonable assistance with:

  • platform access;
  • general use of features;
  • technical errors;
  • basic configuration;
  • questions about accounts, roles or permissions;
  • billing issues;
  • data export;
  • availability problems;
  • operational questions related to the service.

2. What support does not include

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, support does not include:

  • legal, accounting, tax, financial or real estate advice;
  • direct administration of the condominium, homeowners association or community;
  • resolution of internal conflicts between users;
  • auditing of statements, payments or balances;
  • bulk loading or manual correction of Client data;
  • custom-made customizations;
  • development of new features;
  • support for the Client's devices, networks, printers, operating systems or browsers;
  • support for third-party services outside GoProp's control;
  • unlimited training;
  • 24/7 availability unless specifically agreed.

3. Support channels

Support will be provided through the official channels published by GoProp, which may include email, forms, an internal panel, chat or other means.

Communications through unofficial channels may go unanswered or may require redirection to the correct channel.

4. Required information

To resolve a support request, the Client or User must provide sufficient information, such as:

  • Organization name;
  • email of the affected account;
  • clear description of the issue;
  • steps to reproduce it;
  • approximate date and time;
  • screenshots or error messages;
  • browser, device or operating system, if relevant;
  • operational impact;
  • necessary files or examples.

Lack of information may delay resolution.

5. Priorities

GoProp may classify requests based on their impact:

High priority

Incidents that prevent access or essential use of the platform for most users of an Organization.

Medium priority

Issues that affect important features but allow operations to continue through reasonable alternatives.

Low priority

Usage questions, minor requests, enhancements, visual changes, non-urgent inquiries or issues that do not block core operation.

6. Response times

GoProp will use reasonable efforts to respond to requests within reasonable timeframes based on priority, schedule, team availability, contracted plan and case complexity.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, response times are operational targets and not strict guarantees.

7. Support hours

Unless otherwise indicated, support is provided on business days and during reasonable operating hours.

Requests received outside support hours may be reviewed the next business day.

8. Support during beta, demo or validation stages

During beta, demo, validation or early access stages, support may be limited and the service may experience frequent changes, errors, interruptions or incomplete features.

GoProp may prioritize critical fixes over enhancement or customization requests.

9. Errors caused by Client data

If an issue originates from incorrect data, faulty imports, configurations made by the Client, misassigned permissions or misuse, GoProp may guide the Client, but does not guarantee free or immediate manual correction.

10. Additional services

GoProp may offer additional services such as setup, training, migration, initial data loading, customization, priority support or extended assistance. These services may carry additional costs and specific conditions.

11. Changes, improvements and feature requests

The Client may suggest improvements or new features. GoProp may evaluate them, but is not obligated to implement them or to follow a specific timeline.

Suggestions do not create ownership rights, compensation or exclusivity for the Client.

12. Suspension of support

GoProp may limit or suspend support if there is:

  • non-payment;
  • abuse of the support channel;
  • offensive, threatening or inappropriate communications;
  • misuse of the platform;
  • requests outside the contracted scope;
  • breach of the Terms.

13. Changes to this Policy

GoProp may update this Policy to reflect operational, commercial or technical changes. The current version will be published together with its update date.

14. Contact

To request support, the Client or User must use the official channels published on the website or within the platform.
