GoProp is a software service operated and offered by AGGREGATIVE VALUE SOLUTIONS AGGVAL LLC, a limited liability company formed in the State of New Mexico, United States (“AGGVAL”). Unless the context indicates otherwise, references in this document to “GoProp”, “we”, “us” or “our” refer to AGGVAL.

This Legal Notice contains general information about GoProp and its institutional contact channels.

GoProp is a software-as-a-service platform for the operational administration of condominiums, homeowners associations, communities, buildings, residential complexes or similar organizations.

GoProp offers technological tools to facilitate administrative, communication and documentation tasks related to residential organizations or similar entities.

3. Nature of the service

GoProp is a software provider. It does not act as the legal administrator of condominiums, homeowners associations or communities, nor as an attorney, accountant, auditor, mediator, collection agent, financial institution, payment gateway or legal representative of the Organization.

The Client is responsible for the information it uploads, the decisions it makes and compliance with the rules applicable to its Organization.

4. Applicable documents

Use of GoProp may be subject to, among others, the following documents:

  • Terms and Conditions of Use;
  • Privacy Policy;
  • Cookie Policy;
  • Refund and Cancellation Policy;
  • Data Processing Agreement;
  • Data Retention and Deletion Policy;
  • Security Policy;
  • Acceptable Use Policy;
  • Support Policy;
  • Service Level Agreement;
  • Dispute Resolution Policy.

In the event of a conflict between documents, the more specific document on the matter at hand will prevail, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

5. Support contact

For operational questions, errors, account access, billing, data export or general support, the Client or User should use the official channels published on the website or within the platform.

6. Legal and privacy contact

For questions related to privacy, personal data, legal terms, formal requests or disputes, the Client or User should use the legal or privacy channel published by GoProp.

If a specific channel does not yet exist, the official support channel should be used until a dedicated channel is published.

7. Formal communications

GoProp may require certain formal communications to include information sufficient to identify the requester, the Organization, the affected account, the reason for the request and supporting documentation.

We may reject or delay requests when it is not possible to verify identity, authority or the scope of the request.

8. Languages

GoProp may publish legal documents in different languages. Unless expressly stated otherwise, the English version may be considered the primary reference version, and translations may be offered for user convenience.

Before formally operating in a specific country or language, GoProp should review whether local law requires translations, additional information or particular terms.

9. Changes

This Notice may be updated to reflect changes in the operating company, contact channels, legal documents, jurisdiction, business information or service structure.
