GoProp is a software service operated and offered by AGGREGATIVE VALUE SOLUTIONS AGGVAL LLC, a limited liability company formed in the State of New Mexico, United States (“AGGVAL”). Unless the context indicates otherwise, references in this document to “GoProp”, “we”, “us” or “our” refer to AGGVAL.

This Service Level Agreement (SLA) describes GoProp's general operational commitments regarding availability, support, maintenance and backups.

GoProp is a software-as-a-service platform for the operational administration of condominiums, homeowners associations, communities, buildings, residential complexes or similar organizations.

1. Scope

This Agreement applies to GoProp's core service, including the administration panel, user portal and essential platform features.

It does not apply to:

  • third-party services;
  • interruptions caused by the Client or its Users;
  • User connectivity issues;
  • external devices, browsers or systems;
  • demo, beta, testing or validation environments;
  • experimental features;
  • integrations not expressly included in the contracted plan.

2. Service availability

GoProp will use reasonable efforts to keep the service available in a stable manner.

At this stage, unless otherwise agreed in writing, GoProp does not guarantee a specific monthly or annual availability percentage.

The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, technical incidents, vendor failures, infrastructure issues, force majeure, actions by the Client, security incidents or circumstances outside our control.

3. Scheduled maintenance

GoProp may perform scheduled maintenance to improve, fix, update or protect the platform.

When reasonably possible, we will try to perform maintenance during lower-impact hours and communicate relevant interruptions in advance.

Not all maintenance will require prior notice, especially for minor, urgent or security-related changes.

4. Urgent maintenance

We may perform urgent maintenance without prior notice when necessary to:

  • fix vulnerabilities;
  • protect data;
  • prevent abuse;
  • resolve critical incidents;
  • avoid data loss;
  • maintain platform stability.

5. Support

GoProp will provide support in accordance with the current Support Policy and the plan contracted by the Client.

Response times may vary depending on priority, complexity, schedule, country, team availability, information provided by the Client and plan type.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, response times are reasonable targets and not strict guarantees.

6. Incident classification

GoProp may classify incidents, for guidance purposes, as:

High priority

Issues that prevent most users of an Organization from accessing or using essential service functions.

Medium priority

Issues that affect an important feature but allow operations to continue through reasonable alternatives.

Low priority

Inquiries, minor errors, enhancement requests, usage questions, visual changes, non-critical issues or behaviors that do not block core operation.

7. Backups

As an initial operational commitment, GoProp will attempt to generate at least one backup of production data every thirty days.

This commitment is conservative and may improve in the future as the service evolves technically and commercially.

Backups are an internal measure for service continuity and incident recovery. They should not be considered an absolute guarantee of complete recovery, nor do they replace the Client's obligation to keep its own critical records when required by law, its operations or its internal policies.

8. Restoration from backup

Restoration from backups may depend on the nature of the incident, availability of valid copies, data integrity, infrastructure, volume of information and technical complexity.

GoProp does not guarantee that all information can be restored in every case.

When possible, we will prioritize restorations necessary to maintain service continuity and the overall integrity of the platform.

9. Exclusions

The following will not be considered breaches of this Agreement:

  • internet, power, device or network failures on the Client's side;
  • misuse of the platform;
  • shared or compromised credentials;
  • deletion, modification or incorrect upload of data by authorized users;
  • external integrations;
  • third-party providers;
  • attacks, abuse, force majeure or events outside GoProp's reasonable control;
  • suspension for non-payment or breach of the Terms;
  • scheduled or urgent maintenance;
  • demo, beta or testing environments.

10. Service credits

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, this Agreement does not grant automatic credits, penalties, discounts or refunds for service interruptions.

Any compensation, credit or commercial adjustment will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and at GoProp's sole discretion, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

11. Client responsibility

The Client must:

  • keep users and permissions up to date;
  • protect credentials;
  • train its users;
  • review critical data;
  • export information when necessary;
  • report incidents with sufficient detail;
  • keep external records when legally or operationally important.

12. Changes to this Agreement

GoProp may update this Agreement to reflect technical improvements, operational changes, new plans or new commercial terms.

The current version will be published together with its update date.

13. Contact

For questions about availability, backups or support, the Client may contact us through the official channels published on the website or within the platform.
