GoProp is a software service operated and offered by AGGREGATIVE VALUE SOLUTIONS AGGVAL LLC, a limited liability company formed in the State of New Mexico, United States (“AGGVAL”). Unless the context indicates otherwise, references in this document to “GoProp”, “we”, “us” or “our” refer to AGGVAL.

This Policy describes how GoProp retains, exports and deletes data associated with the use of the platform.

GoProp is a software-as-a-service platform for the operational administration of condominiums, homeowners associations, communities, buildings, residential complexes or similar organizations.

1. Scope

This Policy applies to data uploaded, generated or processed within GoProp, including account data, organizations, users, properties, statements, recorded payments, documents, messages, reports, posts and technical records.

2. General principle

GoProp retains data for as long as necessary to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, protect platform security, resolve disputes, maintain business records, prevent fraud and enable operational continuity.

We do not retain data for longer than reasonably necessary, except where there is a legal, contractual, technical or security reason to do so.

3. Active data during the service term

While the Client's account or subscription is active, GoProp will retain the data necessary to operate the platform, including:

  • Organization information;
  • users and permissions;
  • properties, units or condominiums;
  • statements, recorded payments and reports;
  • uploaded documents;
  • messages and communications;
  • landing page or blog posts;
  • settings and preferences;
  • technical and security logs.

4. Data export

The Client may request the export of its data through the official support channels.

GoProp will use reasonable efforts to prepare and deliver the export within a maximum of two business days from receipt of a valid and sufficiently identified request.

This timeframe may be extended if the request is incomplete, requires additional verification, involves an exceptional volume of data, technical restrictions exist, there is a security risk, or the requester's authority needs to be confirmed.

5. Request verification

Before exporting or deleting data, GoProp may request additional information to verify:

  • the requester's identity;
  • authority to act on behalf of the Organization;
  • the scope of the request;
  • the account, organization or data affected;
  • risks to other users or third parties.

We may reject or delay requests when we cannot reasonably verify the requester's authority.

6. Export format

GoProp will use reasonable efforts to deliver data in reasonable, technically available formats, such as CSV, JSON, PDF, ZIP or other common formats.

The exact format may depend on the data structure, type of information, size of the export and tools available at that time.

The export may not exactly reproduce the platform's visual interface.

7. Data after cancellation

After cancellation or termination of the service, GoProp may retain the Client's data for a reasonable period to allow export, reactivation, legal compliance, dispute resolution, security, fraud prevention or operational recovery.

After that period, GoProp may delete or anonymize the data, unless it must retain it for legal, accounting, contractual, technical or security reasons.

8. Deletion upon Client request

The Client may request the deletion of its Organization's data through the official channels.

GoProp will evaluate the request and, where appropriate, delete or anonymize the data within a reasonable time.

Deletion may not be immediate and may be subject to:

  • identity and authority verification;
  • legal or accounting obligations;
  • retention necessary for defense of claims;
  • fraud or abuse prevention;
  • integrity of technical records;
  • temporary backups;
  • rights of other users or third parties;
  • reasonable technical restrictions.

9. Backups

Data deleted from active systems may temporarily remain in backups until such backups rotate, are overwritten or are deleted in accordance with GoProp's technical processes.

As an initial operational commitment, GoProp will attempt to generate at least one backup of production data every thirty days.

Backups are an internal continuity and recovery measure. They should not be considered a permanent archive available for selective restorations upon Client request.

10. Logs and technical records

GoProp may retain logs, access records, security events, technical audit data, errors and metadata for a reasonable period to protect the platform, investigate incidents, prevent fraud, resolve issues and comply with legal obligations.

These records may be retained even after an account is deleted when necessary for security, integrity or compliance.

11. Billing data and business records

GoProp may retain billing, payment, subscription, contract, business communication and administrative records for as long as required by legal, tax, accounting or claim-defense obligations.

12. Individual user data

When an End User requests access, correction or deletion of their data, GoProp may forward the request to the Client if the Client is responsible for that data.

In those cases, GoProp will reasonably assist the Client to the extent technically possible and proportionate.

13. Suspended accounts

If an account is suspended for non-payment, breach, abuse, security risk or investigation, GoProp may retain the data while the situation is resolved or for the period necessary to protect its rights, those of the Client, other users or the platform.

14. Irreversible deletion

Once data is permanently deleted or anonymized, it may not be recoverable.

The Client must request and verify any necessary export before requesting permanent deletion or before its access ends.

15. Changes to this Policy

GoProp may update this Policy to reflect legal, technical or operational changes. The current version will be published together with its update date.

16. Contact

To request export, deletion or information about data retention, the Client may contact us through the official channels published on the website or within the platform.
