GoProp is a software service operated and offered by AGGREGATIVE VALUE SOLUTIONS AGGVAL LLC, a limited liability company formed in the State of New Mexico, United States (“AGGVAL”). Unless the context indicates otherwise, references in this document to “GoProp”, “we”, “us” or “our” refer to AGGVAL.
This Acceptable Use Policy sets out minimum rules for the correct and safe use of GoProp.
GoProp is a software-as-a-service platform for the operational administration of condominiums, homeowners associations, communities, buildings, residential complexes or similar organizations.
1. General principle
The Client and Users must use GoProp lawfully, safely, respectfully and consistently with the Terms and Conditions.
Use of GoProp must not adversely affect other users, third parties, platform security, the service's reputation or legal compliance.
2. Client responsibility
The Client is responsible for the activity carried out by its Users within its Organization, including administrators, co-owners, residents, guests, employees or authorized third parties.
The Client must assign appropriate permissions, oversee use of the platform and act on misuse within its Organization.
3. Prohibited uses
It is prohibited to use GoProp to:
- violate laws, regulations, court orders or third-party rights;
- upload, publish or transmit illegal, fraudulent, misleading, defamatory, discriminatory, abusive, threatening or privacy-invasive content;
- harass, intimidate, bully or harm co-owners, residents, administrators, employees, providers or other users;
- impersonate individuals or misrepresent affiliation with a person, company or organization;
- record deliberately false information about payments, balances, debts, statements, properties or users;
- manipulate reports, documents or records for fraudulent purposes;
- send spam, unauthorized mass communications or unsolicited promotional content;
- upload malware, viruses, malicious code, harmful files or content that compromises systems;
- attempt to access accounts, data, organizations, servers, APIs or systems without authorization;
- circumvent security controls, usage limits, authentication, permissions or technical restrictions;
- interfere with, overload, scan, attack or disrupt the platform;
- reverse engineer, copy, extract or exploit the service beyond what is permitted;
- use GoProp for phishing, fraud, money laundering, tax evasion, scams or deceptive practices;
- publish personal data without sufficient authorization;
- upload excessive, unnecessary or especially sensitive data without an appropriate legal basis.
4. Client content
The Client is responsible for all content uploaded or published within GoProp, including documents, images, text, messages, posts, statements, recorded payments, reports and user data.
GoProp does not pre-review all Client Content, but may remove, block or restrict content if it reasonably believes it violates this Policy, the Terms, applicable law, third-party rights or platform security.
5. Internal communications
If GoProp allows sending messages, announcements or posts, such features must be used for legitimate administrative purposes related to the Organization.
They must not be used for harassment, spam, abusive propaganda, defamation, threats, discrimination, personal conflicts or unauthorized communications.
6. Documents and files
The Client and Users must not upload files that:
- contain malware or dangerous code;
- infringe copyright, trademarks, privacy or confidentiality;
- contain information they have no right to process;
- are illegal, forged, manipulated or misleading;
- are unnecessarily sensitive for the administrative purpose of the service.
7. Personal data
The Client must upload and process personal data only when it has sufficient legal basis, authorization or justification.
The Client must avoid uploading especially sensitive data unless strictly necessary and legally permitted.
8. Account security
Users must protect their credentials, not share accounts, log out on shared devices and report suspicious access.
The Client must deactivate accounts that are no longer needed and periodically review access permissions.
9. Reasonable use of the service
GoProp may apply reasonable technical limits to protect platform stability, including limits on file uploads, requests, storage, message sending, API usage or other resources.
Excessive, automated, abusive or disproportionate use may be restricted, even if not expressly prohibited in this Policy.
10. Investigation and measures
If GoProp detects or suspects a violation, it may:
- request additional information;
- warn the Client;
- restrict features;
- remove or block content;
- suspend users or accounts;
- limit access to the platform;
- preserve relevant records;
- cancel the service;
- report to authorities when legally required.
11. Reporting abuse
Users may report misuse through the official channels published by GoProp.
The report should include, when possible, a description of the problem, the user or organization involved, the date, and any relevant screenshots or evidence.
12. Changes to this Policy
GoProp may update this Policy to reflect legal, technical, commercial or operational changes. The current version will be published together with its update date.
